I’m Susan Kennedy; a wife and a mom to two tweens living in the Charlotte area. For the last two years I’ve been homeschooling my kids, this year they are back at school and I’m back to being a stay at home mom. We are currently building our dream home; and sharing our entire journey along the way. We bought 6 acres in September 2022 and are about to break ground soon.

I have a huge passion for organizing spaces. There’s something about the simplicity and calmness of a house when everything has it’s own place. Systems are kind of my thing too. Having a good system in place for managing your household just makes life a little easier.

I started this blog in hopes to inspire you to create the home that you have always wanted. Creating your home, actually starts with you first which why health and wellness is so important to me. We create our moods in our home. We create the systems and organization. We keep up with the cleaning. We decorate for holidays. We have a lot of power when it comes to creating the household that we want.

Waking up every morning striving to be better than I was yesterday is my ultimate goal in life. I love entertaining and I love being around my people. I hope this blog inspires you to be your best as well and create a home that you absolutely love.
